Provider & Personalized Care Plans
This process is started by booking a consult with your provider and their booking. This is to book and pay for their consultations (if virtual) or their in home support if that style of care is desired.
Every Sleep Specialist knows just how unique every sleep need is!
What happens in this consult?
If a consult is being provided and a care plan is being created for virtual appointments, the consultation fee for said provider will be required prior to the consult. Following these parental preferences are taken into account to come up with an action plan to support sleep.
If an in-home provider is being used the goal is to ensure a comprehensive care plan is created to support sleep aligning with parental wishes and the contracting period is required to be agreed to and signed upon.
Staying On Track
This process is in accordance to the contracts determined in how care was desired (virtual or in-home).
Sleepless Nights to Supported Development
What happens now?
Virtual Consultant clients typically book a set number of consults and are at their home working on this project with their child. The consultant supports this by correcting and giving guidance on this transition.
If an in-home provider is being used a set timeline is discussed to book the provider for their time (with additional time extension possible per the staff members availability). The provider workings an intensive schedule in the home to support sleep transitions during this timeline discussing changes and behaviors in real time with parents.
