Types of Providers
A Newborn Care Specialist has taken advanced training and continued education to best care possible for newborns. This provider style specializes in strictly newborn care with their in depth knowledge of best care practices for optimal growth.
Boston Baby Concierge Childbirth Educators have taken extensive training and provide the most up to date knowledge in courses for parents in need of a multitude of items. These professionals continue their education to provide accurate and useful courses to parents and families in need of such information. While Group Courses are most recognized our educators are used to parents booking Private in Home Lessons to learn as many skills and information as possible on a more intimate scale. Currently, these providers are creating custom content to provide all Boston Baby Concierge clients on a wide scale access to their in-depth courses. (more information coming soon)
A Postpartum doula has some newborn care training but is meant to care for the mother and family during the postpartum period. The providers who work with Boston Baby Concierge have advanced training and are considered Certified Postpartum Doulas providing elite care for families and handling the hard transition with guiding hands.
Boston Baby Concierge knows the true need of sleep. While our professionals work hard to get infants starts out in the right direction with sleep hygiene, we understand that some families desire a solo approach. We have a service designed just for this to counsel and consult with families about creating healthy sleep routines and providing better sleep outcomes for the whole family. These professionals work either virtual consults or in home intensives to ensure your little ones get the best rest.
A Birth Doula is a nonmedical provider offering emotional and physical support during birth. Oftentimes, this provider offers packages to include prenatal appointments to best understand how to support the birthing person’s wishes. The doulas that work with Boston Baby Concierge are Certified Birth Doulas being trained extensively with extra background knowledge to ensure the upmost care provided to families.
Boston Baby Concierge works to provide the most in depth information for all our clientele. This includes on lactation. Currently, we have a Certified Breastfeeding Counselor who has taken extensive coursework to provide elite knowledge in lactation and trainings to continue to blossom this work. While providing this extensive support these professionals develop their skillset extensively to provide optimal support for those looking for lactation guidance.
